This project was completed during my time at WINGS Group, where I was tasked with creating a website for an event called WINGS Unity. I will explain my design process for this website

Overview
WINGS Unity is an event organized by WINGS Group to celebrate Indonesia's Independence Day, featuring various sports competitions. I was assigned to design a website where internal WINGS Group employees can register for different sports in the WINGS Unity Cup event, providing users with comprehensive information, event highlights, and engaging content to promote community involvement.
The Objective
Create a user-friendly and accessible website that streamlines event registration, provides comprehensive information, promotes community engagement, and showcases event highlights for internal WINGS Group employees.
Alignment
Kick Off Meeting
Because this is a project that requires collaboration between cross-functional teams, we held a kickoff meeting to discuss the goals, scope and timeline of this project.
Here, the team involved is a UI UX designer who will design the website, ICD (Internal Corporate Design) who will provide the graphic assets for this website, and a developer who will develop this website.
Research
Desk Research & Moodboard
To find out what best practices, I benchmarked other websites. Apart from that, I also made a moodboard to determine the visual direction, such as colors, typography and images that would suit this website in the future. This is important to determine the tone and style of this website.

Final Result
At this stage, I dove straight into creating the high-fidelity design. The illustrations and graphic assets used were provided by the ICD team. I also collaborated closely with a Developer to ensure our design and vision were fully realized.

🔑 Key Takeways
This is my very first project at WINGS and I learned a lot from this project. How to collaborate with cross functional teams and developing a coherent content strategy was a valuable experience for me.
